I had an amazing and fantastic experience at a hotel in Jeju! The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers like myself. Additionally, I loved how the hotel paid attention to detail. From the brand new, new villa-like town houses to the cozy and private atmosphere, everything was well-maintained and in excellent condition. The staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than satisfactory, especially the spacious living area and the well-equipped kitchen. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, which added to the overall positive experience.

The place was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group. We enjoyed the well-equipped bathrooms and kitchen, and it was great to have views of the ocean and mountains from the windows and the rooftop. It was a plus to have a car, since the hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but this also gave us a more relaxing experience. One of the best aspects was the value, which was very good for the size and quality of the condo.

The communication with the staff wasn't great and it was disappointing not to have food options on site. It would have been better to have more dishes and glasses available, especially since we were a larger group.

The service by the staff was not up to par.

The comfortable apartment design was great for a family trip, with enough space for everyone. We especially enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which had plenty of plates and utensils provided. Having three toilets was very convenient for a large group, and we appreciated the value for the price we paid.

Although the apartment had many positive aspects, there were some downsides to our stay. It was difficult for us to communicate with some of the staff as they only spoke Korean or Mandarin, which made it tough for us to get some questions answered.
